As a father of three kids, I&#39;m always looking for more ways to enjoy the bike without cutting into family time too much. Indoor cycling seems to be the answer at the moment that allows me to get fit on the bike for the less frequent longer rides. I&#39;ve been watching shows and movies from Netflix on my Xbox360, but your review has sold me on these DVDs.
